Trip to Helsinki
The 2013 Conference in St.Petersburg can be followed by a celebration in Helsinki on 24 June, St.John the Baptist Day. The international members of Anthroposophic Society can be together in Helsinki in the anniversary year of 2013. The trip to Helsinki can be made together on Princess Anastasia ferry. The collective voyage gives a nice opportunity for free intercourse of the international members of Anthroposophic Society.
The excursion and celebration in Helsinki are organized by the members of the Finnish Anthroposophical Society. At this link you can see Program of the celebration.

Please submit your application before 31 March 2013 by fax at 007 812 377 07 78 or by e-mail konferenz2013@gmail.com. The application is to be accompanied by copy of your passport (the spread with the photograph and the page with valid Schengen visa, if existant).
In order to book the tickets on time, the trip has to be paid before 31 March 2013 . Payment details will be sent after receiving the applications.
Travelling from St.Petersburg to Helsinki
It is planned to travel from St.Petersburg to Helsinki by Princess Anastasia ferry (St.Peters Line company) and return to St.Petersburg by bus.
The collective voyage to Helsinki by Princess Anastasia ferry will give a nice opportunity for free communication.
(If, for some reason, you are not able to travel to Helsinki by ferry with the group, you can reach Helsinki from St.Petersburg by bus. The estimated cost of bus travels from St.Petersburg to Helsinki is 800-1000 Roubles. Please mind that it is a night time trip and you will have to sleep in the bus. Delays in travel time are possible due to customs formalities).
The ferry departure time from St.Petersburg is 19.00 on 23.06.2013 (Sunday) (registration for the voyage is 15.00 to 18.00)
Arrival to Helsinki is at 8.00 local time on 24.06.2013
The St.Peter Line representatives can not estimate the changes in ferry ticket prices in 2013. The final cost will be estimated at the signing of the booking contract as it depends on the number of persons in the group and active discount offers.

Cancellation of booking
Booking cancellation fee is 20% of cabin cost if cancellation is made no less than 15 days before departure, and 100% of cabin cost if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before departure.

Travelling from Helsinki to St.Petersburg
The road from Helsinki to St.Petersburg is planned to be covered by bus.
Currently, the price is 600-1000 Roubles per person depending on the number of passengers in the bus. Price changes in 2013 can not be predicted at the moment.
Meals in Helsinki
The meals in Helsinki are currently being discussed with our Finnish friends. In any case, after the excursion we can find a café for lunch. Right now the lunch is not included in the cost of the trip.
On our way back we can have something to eat in the bus.
Executive charges
Executive charges are 40 Euro per person. It includes organisation of the trip and celebration in Helsinki, rent of excursion bus and or conference hall. The executive charges can be descreased or excluded.
